ASH Wales announces winner of No Smoking Sign competition

ASH Wales held a competition at this year’s National Eisteddfod for the best ‘no smoking’ sign and we received 62 fantastic entries from children across Wales!

The winner is Beca, aged 9 of Beddau near Pontypridd who will receive a family ticket to Oakwood for her brilliant design which she would like to be used in her local community to stop people from smoking around children.

Beca from Beddau is pictured with Mr Dafydd Davies of Ysgol Gynradd Castellau in Beddau who has agreed to put Beca’s sign outside the school gates to remind people not to smoke.
