ASH Wales at the Eisteddfod
ASH Wales were at the Eisteddfod this year in the Vale of Glamorgan sharing a tent with Tenovus. With the aim of raising awareness about our campaigns such as plain packaging for cigarettes petition; a competition for children to design their own No Smoking Signs, for which we received over 60 entries; and engaging with young people about The Filter.

We brought along heaps of resources including the Smoker's Mouth which shows the effects of smoking on the mouth (yellow teeth and increased risk of mouth cancer, ulcers, coldsores, wrinkles, and "furry tongue") and the pigs lungs (see below) which show the difference between a healthy lung and the lung of a life-long smoker.
